Malcolm Nicolson provides consultancy through his company, Erimus Education. He worked for the IB for eight years as Head of MYP and Head of DP Development. During that time he directed the review of the MYP, designing the curriculum and assessment model currently used in all MYP schools. He introduced ATL to the DP and conducted research into workload and stress.
