She has 30 years of teaching experience, with 29 of these years spent in leadership positions that ensured she facilitated the implementation of a substantial number of changes in a broad range of learning communities. Through a lot of trial and error and a little postgraduate study, Cheryl has formulated her own framework for effective change implementation that she is excited to share with all of you.
