Brandi Herbert
Brandi Herbert is an experienced International Baccalaureate (IB) educator and current PK-8th grade principal of Center for Inquiry (CFI) School 27 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior to her time as an educator in Indiana, Herbert built a wealth of IB experience as a DP/MYP Language and Literature teacher, DP/MYP Coordinator, Varsity Coach, and Administrator in Atlanta, Georgia.  
 
Ms. Herbert leads school communities in urban settings with a diverse, inclusive, and inquiry based vision for academic success. By focusing on the whole child and developing social, emotional, behavioral, and academic structures she creates school environments which thrive and have experiences that turn around status.
 
A graduate of Purdue University and the Americ an College of Education, Herbert has experience in Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), a crucial set of tools to foster a positive climate in our schools. She has also presented at the Association for Middle Level Education regarding her work and leadership in inquiry-based learning.
Chris Stephenson
Chris Stephenson has been an MYP and DP educator since 2007 and is in her 25th year in education. Originally from Northern Ireland, she started her teaching career on the Belfast Peaceline, managed national technology and business projects in the Republic of Ireland, and has spent the last 17 years teaching in the United States in schools in North Carolina and Georgia and until recently, was the Director of Academic Technology in a PreK - 12 school in Florida. Chris is passionate about teacher training and workshops with educators around the world to enhance their teacher and learning practices.
