Karen Myrick
Karen is an IB PYP teacher with over 15 years of classroom experience. She is also a certified mindfulness instructor in MBSR with additional training in Mindfulness in Schools through the Mindfulness Center AB. She offers courses to teachers, Professional Development for Schools and resources for the classroom. Karen also holds a Head of Department position at the International School of the Gothenburg Region, where she is helping develop the understanding of the role of the ATL skills, as well as promote strategies for teaching and utilizing the ATL skills in practice.
