How can you effectively adapt the MYP framework within the Japanese context?

Long-standing IB practitioner Gay-Ann Bagotchay will help you navigate the unique challenges and opportunities of implementing the MYP in Japan.

One typical challenge that MYP educators face is maintaining high academic standards of the MYP while also looking after the wellbeing of their students. IB Association of Japan Chair Daniel Reynolds will explore how us MYP educators can balance assessments in the classroom.

Please note: Both sessions will be available in English and Japanese.

IBDP Assessment Masterclasses

Saturday, March 9, 2024 | 12:00 pm – 02:15 pm JST

In Japan, we IBDP educators often focus heavily on practice tests and revision techniques to prepare our students to ace the IBDP exams. In our virtual workshop, we will dig beyond the surface and share strategies for preparing our students for the IBDP exams with effective revision and stress management techniques. Join our two power-packed masterclasses that will focus on preparing students for the IBDP exams and developing an impactful assessment policy for your school.

Please note: Both sessions will be available in English and Japanese.

Session 1
