About the Talk

This workshop explores the power of “beautiful questions” in a quest for change. Why do we do things the way we do? What if we tried something different? How might we go about it? In this workshop, Edna and Melissa investigate how these questions might form a basis for innovation in teaching and learning. Complete with rich examples from the classroom, deep dive into how you can support and foster inquiry through the power of questions.

Key Objectives

  • Explore how to craft ‘How might we’ questions to support inquiry
  • In units of inquiry, consider how you might create the map but not design all learning before a unit begins
  • The role of collaboration of all stakeholders to make inquiry come alive
