Mona Seervai
Mona Seervai's 26 year career spans private, trust-owned, parent association, government and corporate schools. Having worked in diverse environments, she believes in integrating well-being into the DNA of a school. She served on the Regional Council of the Asia Pacific, and is on the academic advisory board of 321 foundation. She is the Head of an IB continuum school and certified Lynn Erickson concept-based trainer. She also teaches TOK and Chemistry to high school students. She is passionate about teacher training and enjoys conducting workshops on Concept-based instruction, Leadership, Theory of Knowledge and Social and Emotional Learning. She is part of a group of educators involved with Social Emotional and Ethical Learning, under the auspices of Emory University and is presently implementing the curriculum in her school with adults and students.
