Andrew Mitchell has over 20 years of experience as a teacher in Australia, Japan, Thailand, China, Belgium, UK across a wide variety of curricula and systems. Andrew has a passion for the humanities having studied Philosophy and Classics, and taught Group 3 subjects and TOK across the MYP and DP. Andrew is convinced that learning should happen everywhere, and be the driver of all decisions made in schools. Student agency has become an important part of the learning experiences Andrew creates and he is excited to continue exploring this in his practice.
