Cheryl-Anne Stephens is currently the Consultant Principal at Dili International School, an IB World School. She has 30 years of teaching experience, with 29 of these years spent in leadership positions that ensured she facilitated the implementation of a substantial number of changes in a broad range of learning communities. Through a lot of trial and error and a little postgraduate study, Cheryl has formulated her own framework for effective change implementation that she is excited to share with all of you.
