Louisa Gerlach
Lu Gerlach has been a PYP educator for the past 12 years in Cologne, Germany, Dubai, UAE and Houston, USA. She is also a Lynn Erickson certified concept-based consultant. Lu is currently in the role of PYP Coordinator at a school that serves at-risk students and has a deep understanding of how to unify content standards with conceptual ideas.
Anne Grisham
Anne Grisham is an experienced IB educator with over two decades of teaching and leadership experience. In her professional life, she was honored to be the founding principal of an award-winning magnet PYP school in Las Vegas for 16 years. Recently retired, she now finds joy in traveling and working with schools around the world. She is especially passionate about curriculum mapping and seeing the relationship between PYP and Common Core standards.
