Ruslan Shaymardanov
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from one of the top universities studying Economics and Finance in Russia, Ruslan discovered his passion for education while working on an IB Diploma implementation project in his city. In his practice, he extends the pedagogical traditions of his country with the rigorous principles he learned while training for PGCE at Sunderland University, UK. Furthermore, he builds upon his international teaching experience in Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Qatar. Since joining ABA in 2015, Ruslan has engaged students in learning IB DP Economics, Business Management, and Theory of Knowledge. Ruslan contributes to the community of international education as a member of professional learning communities for TOK, IB DP Business Management, and Economics. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's Degree in Education at the University of Bath.
